  I have severe dental anxiety and I did shed a couple of tears while I was there but I was made very uncomfortable and they told me step by step what they were going to do. I can’t say that I’m looking forward to my next appointment but I don’t have as much anxiety about my next visit! Wonderful staff and dentist!

  My last dentist move to Kansas City, so I was in the market for another good dentist. When I find the right fit for a dentist (and I’m particular) then I stick with them. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the receptionist, the hygienist to the dentist. I would recommend Twin Oaks Family Dental.

  Dr. Fernando was wonderful and truly cared about helping his patients even if he personally can not treat them. I appreciated his honesty and forthcoming opinion about my situation. The office staff are very professional, friendly and care about their patients. The office was also extremely clean and inviting.

  So the experience was great, everything i asked for at a great price, THEN it came time for a temporary partial denture, and it just didn't fit right, i was never upset, i was never mad, i took it back about 5 times and they would grind on it to adjust it it would feel ok and then start hurting my mouth, finally i said if you can't get it right, please just refund me what i paid for it, and i will wait and just get a permanent one, well after giving me the refund, they decided i could no longer be their patient anymore, they no longer want my $ all because of one little thing that didn't fit right, i begged and pleaded with them because i needed more work and they were the only ones i found that were able to put me out like i needed for dental work, i talked to the office manager, and then got a personal letter from the guy that i didnt see one time and wasnt my dentist, i saw dr baylee, but Dr Blake wrote me the letter which was as follows "i find it necessary to inform you that i will no longer be able to serve as your dentist as of 4/13/26, at this time we don't feel we are able to suit your needs, umm....if that was the case why did i refer people, and why was i wanting to see them again? if they are MY needs, shouldn't I be the one to decide if they can be met or not? if you don't like giving refunds, make the partials correctly, or instead of grinding on them, bend or adjust or really figure out why, that was all i was asking for, but when i didn't get what i paid for for just that part, i was referred out and shooed away!!! PS if you come to your senses and want to make more $$ i am willing to revise the review, i never wanted this, as i have stated, i was quite happy with EVERYTHING about the service, except i am not a fan of not getting what i paid for, and by you referring me out, the other dentists are basically saying you didn't do things right, should've pulled all my teeth due to bone loss, etc etc of course that was aspen dental, and i don't trust, i called back for a 2nd opinion from you to revisit it, and that is what prompted this letter. ****I ALSO SEE THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT REVIEWS TO RESPOND TO!!*******
