Everything was explained in detail and I was happy to learn more about dry eyes than I previously knew. The throughness was refreshingly nice after the last exam by another office. I definitely will be using this place for all my further optical needs. Thank you for being so professional.

- APAndrew PlattSep 15, 20261.0Eye doctor part is fine. Optical shop is the worst ever. They NEVER pick up the phone. Every date they give you as a promise for when glasses will be ready comes and goes with zero contact from them. It took a solid month to get glasses in after being told 2 weeks (which is already absurd). I likely could have learned how to make lenses myself in the amount of time it took for them to get my glasses in. I would rather gouge my eyes out than buy another pair of glasses from them.
