  We have had a wonderful experience with Home Instead. Home Instead works with the family to ensure there is a good match and trustworthy individuals caring for the family members. The Care Pros display professionalism and integrity. The Administrators are responsive and willing to address/resolve any concerns. We highly recommend Home Instead!

  The only thing I couldn’t understand is that at first we needed for someone to come for 3-4 days a week and my mother couldn’t get the same person for all 3-4 days. Other than that remarkable service. My mother was very pleased . My mother at one point did need someone full time Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm. Then it shorten 9am to 2pm. And was still able to keep the same person Thank you and God bless the work you do. .

  Home Instead’s care of my husband during his last two years was stellar. Each staff person was so very patient and considerate of his physical and cognitive limitations. In every interaction, whether assisting with a shower or going for a short walk outside, he was treated with the utmost respect. Knowing he was well cared for allowed me much needed respite as his primary caregiver. I highly recommend Steve’s team! They’re the best!

  Home Instead Liberty provided care for my wife’s mother for over two years, and we couldn’t have asked for better support. Every caregiver we worked with was thoughtful, compassionate, and truly dedicated to her well-being. They treated her with dignity and kindness, and it was clear they cared deeply about the quality of service they provided. Their professionalism and genuine concern gave our family great peace of mind. We are sincerely grateful and highly recommend Home Instead Liberty to anyone in need of quality in-home care.

  My 88 year old mother had dementia and resided in memory care in a facility. The facility did not provide enough staff to ensure of my mother’s care and safety, therefore we used Home Instead in Liberty for a Care Pro staff member 24 hours a day. While there were challenges for consistency on the Care Pros we were blessed to have Mikki consistently on days for my mother and Millie Snyder the GM worked with us to address staffing and other concerns. Millie was the utmost professional and very attentive to address anything no matter the concern or question. My mother has now left us and is greatly missed. I will be forever grateful for the year and a half that we worked with Millie. I highly recommend the Liberty Branch of Home Instead.
