Even though you are able to move at your own pace, you are constantly encouraged to compete with yourself to do better. Every time you show up for a class or to exercise on your own, you are greeted with a warm welcome and are made to feel comfortable to jump right in and accomplish your goals. This is a great workout environment with a team to hold you accountable and also friends to pat you on the back!
