- DSDeanna Smith6 days ago5.0Stopped in to Eyemart Express this past Saturday (08/22/2026) to try on a few frames I had been looking at online. Candy assisted me and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. During my visit, several new and returning customers walked in the store and she made a point to acknowledge and personally greet each one while continuing to answer my questions. Her ability to multi-task and remain attentive and professional is unmatched. Very satisfied with my purchases and in-store experience.

They tried to replace the frames, gave me a credit. Im trying to use my credit and they acting like I stole something from them. When I hear the employee talking to the manager around the corner and she says "See if she will go for that" I know im being played. Different excuses,I cant use my insurance, I cant get sunglasses, i gotta have this and that all to inflate the price to use the credit..is insane. BUT I won't be back..dont worry
