This was actually my second sound journey, but the first time I brought my mom in with me, which made it extra special. The setting alone was incredible—the view of the lake, the open windows, and being able to hear the waterflow and birds singing along with the sound bowls created such a peaceful and immersive atmosphere. The entire sound journey felt calming and restorative. We both left feeling noticeably less stressed and I slept better that night than I have in weeks. It was such a grounding experience that stayed with us even after we left. I would definitely recommend The Sound Sanctuary to anyone looking to relax, regroup or try something new. It's a special experience that's hard to put into words—you just have to feel it for yourself! :)
