  My daughter gifted me a sound session with her for Mother’s Day. It was a wonderful experience. The instructor explained it as a sound massage. And really, it did feel like a physical massage when it was over. It was very relaxing and enjoyable and quite a fun experience. I slept the entire night that night. If you haven’t experienced the Sound Sanctuary give it a try you will love it.

  I have been to sound sessions all over the area, and The Sound Sanctuary is at the top. Practitioners have a deft hand, something I think is often overlooked in the sound space. Anybody can wail on an instrument, but to play it gracefully and draw out the instrument’s inherent traits is not an easy task. The way they played made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. I loved that variety of instruments from gongs to crystal bowls to metal Tibetan bowls, drums, and many other unique percussion instruments. If you’re looking for a way to unwind, meditate without having your mind reel, and just have an overall really cool physical, emotional, and mental experience - a sound session at The Sound Sanctuary is for you. They also have other wellness services that can be added on like ionic foot baths, red light therapy, and a massage chair.

  I had such an amazing experience at The Sound Sanctuary this past Saturday morning. This was actually my second sound journey, but the first time I brought my mom in with me, which made it extra special. The setting alone was incredible—the view of the lake, the open windows, and being able to hear the waterflow and birds singing along with the sound bowls created such a peaceful and immersive atmosphere. The entire sound journey felt calming and restorative. We both left feeling noticeably less stressed and I slept better that night than I have in weeks. It was such a grounding experience that stayed with us even after we left. I would definitely recommend The Sound Sanctuary to anyone looking to relax, regroup or try something new. It's a special experience that's hard to put into words—you just have to feel it for yourself! :)
