That experience alone made us switch. We come from very high customer service traction. When I say that Nik was the best we've seen in along time, I mean it! Holy cow! Phenomenal service. Not just with our goofy selves, but observing her with other customers was incredible. The amount of knowledge and just her way knowing how to connect with people was remarkable! Highly recommend! I would be sad if she ever leaves, but she has a very successful career in her future! Thank you Nik, for making us feel special! Fantastic job!
