Nik was absolutely the best. She provided outstanding service with so much empathy and compassion. I came in looking for a second opinion after a poor experience with a different eye doctor (not affiliated with LensCrafters), and she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and helped ease my worries throughout the process. She also gave amazing advice when it came to choosing frames and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her customer service was truly exceptional. The doctors I saw were wonderful as well, especially Dr. Daack. He was incredibly personable, kind, and easy to talk to. Dr. Calvin Daack and Glenn performed eye exams and were very informative and answered all of my questions. I also have to shout out the friendly and easy to talk to staff I interacted with, which included NIKK and Brenden. They were very patient and helpful in guiding me through my appointment and choosing a couple of pairs of glasses. They all made my experience a beautiful one.
