- BLBeverly LaFataSep 24, 20243.0Club Pilates is a very nice facility and a great exercise program , but I found it very frustrating to get a class to meet my schedule. I was always waitlisted and couldn’t find out if I was in a class until the day of class. When I signed up I was told that cancellation had to be made several days (3?) before a billing cycle or you would get billed another full month. Which is exactly what happened with me. It’s so frustrating for a company to be so inflexible that they can’t prorate a monthly billing upon cancellation.
