She encouraged me to look at frames and would be with me shortly. I found throughout my whole visit, in ordering new glasses that Carrie was relational, aware of my needs and wishes, gave suggestions along the way, and explained thoroughly the steps needed for new glasses. there was a warmth and a pleasantness about her.
