  Their frames are cute at first glance, but in my experience do NOT hold up to the test of time. I have bought 2 pairs of glasses here over the last 5 years and had 1 eye exam here. My most recent pair of glasses I have been extremely disappointed in. I went in for an eye exam in 2024 since my prescription expired. I picked Warby Parker for an eye exam since there were same and next day appts available. Seemed convenient! I came in and saw the optometrist and she asked for my glasses to check current rx. She immediately started commenting on how scratched my glasses were (yeah I am replacing them…) and making jokes about “how can you even see out of these?” And laughing at me. These lenses I purchased from that exact store 2 years ago…she immediately gave me a bad impression and seemed to lack self-awareness and professionalism. Can you imagine a store associate making fun of your clothes while you shop for new ones? I can’t. Anyway, she tells me I need progressives/ bifocals, and I trust her opinion since I can’t read my laptop well. Finally I get out of this closet-sized room and I can shop for glasses. I pick out a $500 pair total with lenses and frames. After ONE YEAR These same glasses with all the top features (hd progressive, transitions, anti glare coating, etc) have a crack in the Lens and the anti glare coating is peeling off the entire lens. I guess that can happen in hot environments per Google, and since I bike and run outside these expensive glasses fell apart real fast (no idea why or how they cracked). Their rude optometrist will be glad to know I didn’t scratch my lenses this time though :p. They’re just crappy glasses! So yeah ofc I couldn’t do much about these glasses falling apart because there is only a 6 month warranty. Corrected my mistake by getting my next pair from Costco. Their optometrist was extremely professional and told me I DONT need progressives, my astigmatism has worsened. I just needed a different sphere. She also took her time and listened to my concerns instead of making fun of me. Looking back, warby Parker made $200 extra off my HD progressives. Meanwhile Costco lenses cost $220 total and they have the best return policy if I’m not happy. Done with Warby Parker, their frames and services are low quality.

  This was my first experience buying prescription glasses. Yulia was very helpful pulling frame after frame for me to try on. I was able to find a frame I liked, purchase and have my insurance reimbursement submitted in 30 minutes. Highly recommend. Thank you Yulia and Warby Parker!

  I have bought at least 7 pairs of glasses from here. My favorite are Velas and Willetas. I wrote this to give kudos to my favorite attendant, YULIE!!! She's worth more than 5 ⭐'s. She's always incredibly attentive and helpful!
