  I usually buy frames online but decided to stop by the storefront to try on frames IRL.. AND IM SO GLAD I DID! I’m sort of picky about my frames and I was there for quite a bit trying things on. I was by myself, so I kept asking the associates for their opinions and that was a big help! I ended up getting a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. My previous prescription sunglasses were almost $400 alone - here they were about $100…. WHAT A WIN! Gillian was soooo helpful! They showed me different frame sizes, similar styles to what I was choosing for more options, AND helped me submit a reimbursement request to my insurance provider. I’m so excited to receive my frames!!! Thank you all for the awesome experience! <3

  My hubby and I were visiting Kansas City from Seattle. We stopped by Warby Parker located at the Country Club plaza to get my sunglasses cleaned. We enjoyed our chat with the four staff members. They were very kind and welcoming. Love WP!

  Had a very positive shopping experience at WP. Store was clean and well-organized. Sales clerks were helpful, but not hovering. Found glasses we liked and were able to quickly complete our transaction. They also helped us with adjusting current frames. Prices are very reasonable for quality you get. 👍🏻

  My wife's frames broke while wearing them yesterday while she was driving right at the bridge probably due to the hot weather. However, Warby Parker's warranty is only for 6 months so beware! They wont stand behind their products for more than 6 months.

  I'd give more stars if I could. I went to the plaza location with a prescription from my eye doctor. I choose not to order through the eye doctors office because all of their frames are over $500. I found a $200 frame at warby Parker and ordered my glasses with transition progressive and a prism. They arrived 10 days later and worked well. But I realized that I didn't like the way they looked. Within the 30-day return window I went back and talked with an optician who helped me pick out a new frame and it was ordered. When I received it I realized that something was wrong. The retinal distance wasn't quite right and my eyes couldn't work together. They found the problem and loaned me back the first pair while they fixed the issue. Now I have a pair of glasses I like that work great. I want to leave high ratings because the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and when there was an issue they worked hard to fix it for me.
