She is patient, answers questions, makes suggestions, ensures benefits are exhausted so as to save on out of pocket expenses and isn’t afraid to honestly answer questions like “how do these look!” Go see her and you will realize that customer service still exists.

We called and walked in to about 5 different stores with no help. I went to one last store (Vision Source Eye Care- Kansas City North) before we planned to give up and was greeted with the friendliest customer service. Britney Sharp (Asst. Mgr/ Optical Lead) called my son’s optometrist and was able to get an approved compatible brand of contacts for my son’s prescription. She took the extra mile to help me and call his Doctor all the way in Texas. There was no way he could play baseball in Omaha without her help. We are so grateful to her and wanted to write a review to show how much we appreciated all her help! Thank you 🙏.
