University Health Primary Care Center for Primary Care

University Health Primary Care is a clinic located in the University Health 2 building that provides primary care to patients 18 years of age and older, and has achieved a Level 3 recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home program. This dedicated team of physicians, residents, nurse practitioners and support staff work together to provide the highest quality primary care to their patients. Providers treat everything from minor illnesses to more complex chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure.
