My feet are getting more pronated as I age & it has started to making walking quite painful. I really like how Jesse explained each of the inserts & then had me walk with them in the shoes more than just a few steps. I loved the shoes so much that I bought both pairs along with the inserts. The package contains instructions on how to get used to wearing the inserts along with a schedule to follow to let your feet get adjusted. I'm a southern gal from South Carolina, so I've always preferred walking barefoot as much as possible. I had no idea how bad that was for my feet! My balance was a bit better after only wearing the shoes/inserts for about 30 minutes in the store, & I noticed that my back didn't start hurting when I wore them to the grocery store afterwards. Another customer was in the store for help with Plantar Fascitis, & I overheard him commenting that he could feel a difference in his pain as well!
