I have used many different protocols for healing including physical therapy and chiropractic. I had been thinking about arch supports for a while and I am so very glad I purchased the system. After one week, I am already almost completely out of leg pain when I walk. I can't wait to hike and get back in the gym on a regular basis, maybe even start ballroom dancing again!
