Lobby Hours: M-F 8am-7pm Sat. 9am-1pm Sun. Closed The Foundation Westport is the premier training facility in Kansas City. Located in the heart of KC, we provide accommodations for all training modalities & 24/7 Access for members. The bottom floor is a playground for Bodybuilding & Powerlifting. We have the most unique equipment in KCMO (Vertical Leg Press, Pendulum Squat, & more!) as well as a sauna in each locker room. The main floor contains a majority of our cardio equipment (Stair Climbers, Treadmills, Bikes, Etc) as well as our pin-loaded machines and smoothie bar. The top floor has an incredible view and contains our functional training equipment (Rogue Racks, Rowers, TRX, Air Runners, Etc).
