I visited Target Optical to obtain medical records from an eye exam my mother had a few years ago. Sidney Talbert and the store manager, Denison Tyler, were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional. They took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them—even though I was not there to make a purchase. Their kindness and excellent customer service deserve recognition. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

I have amazing things to say about the 135th location of Target Optical. When I got a new prescription I went there to have it filled. Unfortunately, when I got the glasses I had a very hard time adjusting. I went back and asked them for help. They offered me a different set of lenses and within a week I had a new pair. Once again, unfortunately I struggled to adjust. I followed up with my eye doctor and turns out the prescription was incorrect. I went back and they happily sent in a new set of lenses with the corrected prescription. Every time I go in, the staff have been warm, helpful and knowledgeable. They have worked with me to find the best solution and were patient with the adjustment issues. I have felt very taken care of every time I have gone in. They also did an amazing job of making adjustments to the frames and trying to make the glasses as comfortable as possible. I am so impressed with this location and the service I have received. I worked with several staff members during this situation however, I always ended up dealing with Denison. He is amazing, kind, patient and caring. I would 100% recommend this Target Optical. They will work tirelessly to get you in the right set of glasses.
