In fact, our doctors often care for four to five generations of a family at one time. I ultimately saw Dr. Lind who was exceptionally friendly and took action to resolve my eye issue. I hope that I never need to see an eye doctor again but, if I do, I will come here again.....For sure!

Everyone has been kind, professional, and accommodating. Earlier this week, I called about an issue I was experiencing with my left contact lens that I hadn't encountered before. When I hadn't heard back after a few days, I left a second message and received a prompt response. The nurse who returned my call was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful as she walked through some troubleshooting questions with me. She also made note of the office location that would be most convenient for me. She explained that they have been experiencing some issues with their phone system and were not receiving all voicemail messages. She apologized for the inconvenience and was very attentive in helping me get the issue addressed. If you happen to experience a delay in hearing back, I would recommend calling again, as my second message was the one that came through. I was very impressed by the level of customer service and genuine care I received. I'm happy that I made the switch to Northland Eye Specialists and would gladly recommend them to others.
