You leave the store feeling relaxed, and at the same time educated about the products that you were interested in, and the differences between them. If they continue operating in this manner, I cannot see myself looking anywhere else for glasses. I had a previous experience with another vendor a few days ago and they had 2 salespeople trying to get me to commit to buying from them, but honestly they made me feel like I wanted to commit suicide, and I ran as fast as I could. THAT nightmare was what I've come to expect, but unacceptable at best.
