  Karla was who helped me. She was awesome and so funny. I really liked her hair. But really, I almost didn’t buy anything until she sold me on contacts and got me a really good deal for them. She really knew her stuff!

  I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters thanks to Cathy. My glasses frame had become bent, and Cathy took the time to carefully adjust and repair it. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. She didn't just fix my glasses—she made sure they fit comfortably again and looked as good as new. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and Cathy's genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression. Thank you for going above and beyond. LensCrafters is fortunate to have someone with your professionalism and care representing the team. Highly recommended!

  Dr. Heim was so nice and personable and great to work with! The entire customer service experience was great, I didn’t feel rushed or like another person just trying to get through quickly, they all took their time explaining every step of the process as well as giving me a great understanding of what different price expectations would be depending on how my visit went making me feel empowered to make educated decisions through the process. Highly recommend, this is a great group of people all delivering a high quality experience!

  Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My doctor was very kind and patient with me and my questions throughout the exam. Definitely going to recommend this particular store and staff to my family and friends.

  My experience here was amazing! Dr. Craftt was thorough and I felt like I was getting a full and comprehensive eye exam. The standard of her care has raised the bar for any future eye exams I have at any other business. Leanna (front desk rep) was absolutely fabulous from start to finish! She explained each step and made sure I was comfortable throughout it all. And she is hilarious! My experience with her as soon as I walked through the door (and called on the phone to say I was running 10 mins late!) helped me to know that I had made the right choice to come to this location. And Lastly, Kathy was so fun to pick out glasses with! She was sensible in helping me to choose options that best fit my needs. It honestly felt like shopping with a friend that kept it real with you and had your best interest at hand. She made sure my glasses fit and were exactly what I wanted before leaving the store. Overall excellent experience!
