I was greeted very quickly and the lady was able to direct me to where I needed to be. She was assisted by another coworker and they asked me if I preferred a certain color or if I had a preference. I choose black. They quickly replaced them for me - free of charge and they fit very comfortably. The ladies get a 10/10 and I would happily go back there.

The optician was absolutely delightful and a master of her trade; she picked out frames that suited me and patiently endured my decision-making.
