A lovely clerk named Jayda was working by herself. The phones were ringing constantly and she handled every call so effectively it was unbelievable. She attempted to tighten my glasses, but the screw is stripped. I was grateful for her help. I can now return them while they are still under warranty and get my vision where it needs to be. Accolades to you Jayda and your pleasantries. That store is lucky to have a dedicated and above and beyond employee like you!
