The optometrist himself seems to lack some bedside manner. I know they want to do what they need to do but he asked a question and then cut me off twice. Other than that he got through the exam quickly which is the sense I get from him. He wants to get in n out as quickly as possible. I also would've liked a more thorough explanation or breakdown of the costs of my lenses, frames and extras but there's only one person there which is Dennison multitasking like no other, helping 3 customers at a time so I didn't want to take him away anymore than I needed to. And thats why I gave 4 instead of 5. Dennison should have help. Hopefully that wasn't the norm.
