At first I wasn’t sure if I’d stick with it, but as time passed I fell in love with Pilates. I love that every class is just a little bit different. Starting a new group type of class can be intimidating but everyone has been extremely welcoming and and I’m really glad I’ve stuck with it. It’s my happy place and 50 min of peace that I look forward to continuing.

If you wish you could get in better shape, but are scared or uNcertain, give the crew at Club Piilates a try. Intro class is free, too. Great instructors and super friendly staff will lead you to your best you. If you want to be stronger, more flexible and healthier, consider Pilates at Club Pilates. Clean, well managed, easy-going and cheaper than a lot of gyms. Free intro lessons, too. No shaming, either. I'm over the big 6-0 (shhh!!) and in 2 months have gone from slogging my way up my 14 stair flight to running it, joint replacements be damned! Age doesn't matter... Fitness defies age. We all need it. Give Club Pilates a try. You'll probably stay.
