  We’ve been going here since 2021 with my two kiddos. Unfortunately, their billing practices have resulted in us finding a new office. If you have private health insurance, be aware!!! I took my kiddo to the doctor a few weeks ago for her annual well child. I got a bill for $72 after, so I checked the EOB from insurance which shows insurance paid out for the well child visit, and the eye test, in full, but our pediatrician also charged for an “office/outpatient visit”. I asked the billing office why, and they say it’s because we discussed eating issues and the doctor referred her for therapy. Here’s my issue - I didn’t bring this up or ask to talk about it. When the doctor asked how she eats and drinks, I said her eating is the same as it’s always been. Mostly safe brown foods, and we supplement with a multi. She said she wanted us to try feeding therapy again (I didn’t request it at all), so I said okay, even though I’m extremely doubtful it’ll make a difference. This appointment was maybe 15 minutes total and she sent the referral during that time. We’ve also had this conversation about eating at every appointment for the last few years without any additional charges. If you don’t bring up a concern but answer a question honestly, it seems wild to me that you’d be charged for that, and I’d imagine that would keep most parents from answering honestly. That’s like a bait and switch for more money! Not about the money, just the principle that these visits are to check on your kid, but end in a surprise bill. Unfortunately they didn’t care to rectify the situation in any way, and don’t care that we won’t be returning. Not to mention they have texted and emailed every day that I have a balance due since the balance was added to the account. Definitely feel like we don’t matter here and money is the only importance. I regret all the times I recommended this office, but will warn moms of unfair billing practices going forward.

  We bounce back and forth between Kali Bridges or Mitzi Arnold, and both ladies are awesome!! I’ve always been able to get an appointment as soon as I needed it. Both Kali and Mitzi are great with my baby, and they’ve been seeing him since he was 2 days old. Everyone there, from the check in staff, medical assistants and Kali and Mitzi themselves are kind, caring and honestly the best. I would, and do, recommend Kali and Mitzi to anyone who’s looking for great care for their kiddos!!

  Dr. Meier is fantastic. Very smart, thorough, and patient with little ones. She does a great job of explaining information so it is easy to understand. Highly recommend!
