  We had a great experience. Very fast service. She’s a very kind hearted, intelligent woman. She had great bedside manner. She listened and actually gave me list of things tht could be the cause and wants to help us get to bottom of situation. Very good at her job. My daughter (8yrs), her dad and myself were all very impressed and pleased when we left the office.

  Love my son's pediatrician she is always thorough and always kind! They get you in and out quickly. We've never waited more than 5 minutes in the room. They always get us to a room immediately and lets us stay longer to feed him if I need to! Great place so thankful!

  I have been taking my children here for YEARS. I have always been happy with the providers, and for the record, I still am. Everyone I have seen has been great. However, there is some information that may be helpful for others. I am writing this with the goal of transparency for others and perhaps advising to pre check with their insurance to see what is covered prior to a visit so you don't get a surprise bill in the mail. I noticed that when taking my children in for a well child visit, it is no longer just a copay. I am being billed for separate line items even though my children are in good health at the appointments. I talked to the billing department to dispute them. They explained to me that they had to enter codes for everything now and if they didn't the doctor's office could be audited and paid less money by the insurance company for their well child visits. These are the codes: 96160($25)--Patient Health Risk Assessment --this one is for the questionnaire you fill out before the visit. G0447($30) --Nutrition counseling--this is for a 15 minute counseling session that can be billed when your child is over a certain BMI. (note: We did fill out the questionnaire, but we did not receive nor need 15 minutes of counseling. One child who got this charge is heavier due to working out and having muscle, the other is under the BMI that would work for this code but is also healthy.) Who is at fault? Is it the insurance company who wants the separate coding? Is it the doctor's office who codes every last thing whether it is needed or not? Either way, the end result is an unexpected bill for something that used to be a standard visit. Hopefully I am alone in this issue, but now you can go forward with your eyes open.
