- KBKevin Birdsong5 days ago5.0Great, fast experience for a walk-in. Went to Visionworks first, and after waiting 15 minutes for the desk to get off the phone, turned me away without working with me. Lenscrafters, however, greeted me with smiles and enthusiasm. They worked with me and I was in with the doc in about 20 minutes. Picked frames, lenses, and paid. The whole experience was less than an hour and I felt well taken care of.
