Was seen on a Saturday to get a new prescription and then went to the frames side to have them made with new frames... so far so good. Got my new glasses in a timely manner and thats when everything went wrong.. from the git go, i couldn't make out the details on a face from 2 arms distance or read anything up close. I was told to give it two weeks for my eyes to adjust and seemed to be dismissed. 2 weeks later i call on a friday to see if theres an opening on Saturday. Im told there are many un confirmed appointments so to look for a message and an opening my happen. I pop by the office to see how the possable openings look as we made the 40 min trip into town to run errands early just incase. Im told that all the appointments are now confirmed, that my Dr. Dont come in on Saturdays, and the Dr. Currently in office only sees patients she approves of.. I drove to Rogers, Ar Lense crafters today, was seen immediately, and got a "diffrent" CORRECT prescription. I also got a partial refund on my new lenses. Didnt cost anything extra.

My husband got new glasses here - after 2 weeks, he still could not see to drive. They told us to come to town and would try to fit us in - only to be told the doctor we needed wasn’t there on weekends (despite doing it on a Saturday before). They refused to let another doctor see him and we had to make an appointment elsewhere just to fix the mistake this location made in the first place. Very disappointed in the customer service - I really thought they would be more willing to help since this was their fault in the first place.

Another amazing experience...... All of the staff from the eye examination all the way to figuring out what glasses to get are awesome. They never hurry and always take the time to be human and make sure that you're getting not just what you need, but what you want. This was my 3rd visit and I will 100% be back for my next exam and glasses

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
