No phone calls, texts, or email reminders but wanted to charge me $25 for a missed fee even though I got nothing from them. I can understand fees if people do that a lot, but I have never missed an appointment. Refused to make another appointment or waive the fee. I always put my appointments in multiple calendars, and they called me a liar. No thank you.. I will take my son somewhere else.

The optometrist was very rude and hung up on me when I questioned the 25 dollar fee for backing out of an appointment. The below comment made by eyemart express just gives an excuse not to address the issue. Definitely will not be going back!! Stanton Optical is so much better without the hassle!!

She was funny and very kind. Got my glasses replaced in less than 5 minutes! And the exact frames too! They had 1 left! Will be back for any eye care needs ❤️
