  I have been taking my elderly dad to the Joplin office for several years for hearing aid services. I cant speak highly enough of Daniel. His clinical competence is without question. What makes him such an excellent clinician is his ability to educate and communicate with an often challenging elderly population. My dad and I both appreciate Daniel speaking directly to dad in a pleasant and easy to understand manner. We are equally appreciative of Morgan who very patiently and pleasantly tackles phone calls, questions, more questions, and scheduling. Together they make this office the most pleasant place I take my dad for care.

  Great office and staff! Daniel and Morgan are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They have helped my dad several times with his hearing aid and charger when its not working or when we accidentally leave it behind at the hospital and need to replace.
