He is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough with his testing. I was hearing before but with no clarity only sound. If I wasn't looking at the person talking to me; I really didn't understand the words. This was like a miracle for me. Thank you Dr Kidd for opening a whole new world for me. You are the best!!! The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Rebecca does a great job interacting with customers
