  The front office staff was friendly. Sometimes the wait time to see Dr. Ryan Frank was unusually long. He was mechanical in the performance of his services, and could have been more helpful in providing a more complete explanation to my concerns about by nail care.

  The receptionist was terrible service and doctor Frank even worse I went to have some ingrown toenails removed and only Frank just cuts the nails and I don’t know if them desinfecte the clippers when I told Frank Frank that I should have to do by self he got angry I had to pay 45 for my copay and on top for that they bill insurance company ,making up claims that they did mire than they actually did I would never recommend them specifically Doctor Frank.

  I went in for two ingrown toenails… I was told I could have them completely removed or he could remove the sides which would later lead to me having them completely removed. I got charged $50 for Dr. Frank to clip two nails down to the quick. (This makes ingrowns worse!) My ingrowns weren’t even clipped out. I get better service at the nail salon! So that’s where I went after my appointment. 😤
