Mark Twain Behavioral Health (MTBH) is a private not-for-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving our community of Northeast Missouri since 1975. MTBH is governed by a volunteer board of directors living throughout our fourteen-county area, which includes the counties of Adair, Audrain, Clark, Knox, Lewis, Macon, Marion, Monroe, Pike, Ralls, Randolph, Schuyler, Scotland, and Shelby. In July 2021, Turning Point Recovery Centers joined our team. This addition has allowed us to broaden our array of services and increased our community footprint.
