  My 90 yr old father accidentally ripped his old hearing Aid right off his head removing the ridiculous mask..... it took 6 months or more to convince him he NEEDED another one.. Getting to the office, the receptionist/clerk, Talisa was Beyond a joy to speak with. Super friendly, super easy to talk to and was genuinely interested in us and my father. While dad was in the back getting his test we chatted about quite a bit. She made us feel very comfortable and did everything possible to make sure it was a smooth process getting him in, signed up and tested for a new hearing aid. In the back I met the Hearing Instrument Specialist, Jaleah. She was just as personable. She was extremely thorough in explaining and showing us the difference between the MANY types of hearing aids available. The specialist went over the technological specs of ALL the hearing aids, what's covered for how long, what to expect, how each of them work and of course price. She had a few recommendations BUT She let us decide on which we thought would be best for him. He was pretty surprised how much he "wasn't hearing" and how muffled and INCORRECT so many words were. I cant wait to have a normal sound level conversation with him!! :-) My Dad is still very active, at 90, so the aids with the little wires were NOT an option... They'll be ripped out again, Im sure.. lol... so we went with the rechargeable kind that fit inside the ear. We also learned that during testing that he could hear out of BOTH ears...BIG surprise! We have always been told that he was completely deaf in one ear... What a PLEASANT surprise to know this and we're SUPER grateful knowing the other ear can also be helped out!! We got the hearing aids for both ears and cant wait for them to be ready and picked up! We couldn't be happier with this office and all the staff! Thanks for helping out and treating us like we were the only ones there!

  Every time I have an issue Jaleah Melson and Stephanie Heubi always fit me in and take care of whatever the problem is and they very knowledgeable.
