Members for atleast 10 years. So clearly was not aware of aging out yet. So she kicked us out of gym instead of giving the notice, and the grace for first time. Terrible customer service after years of loyal membership, and my kids being regular attendees of kids club. I cancelled my membership immediately and she argued with me. Awful experience! Awful customer service!
- LLLamarMay 16, 20263.0This gym needs updates.. the parking lot is always dirty. On 2 lights work. So be careful at night because lack of lighting makes it dark. The front entrance is dirty and outdated. The front counter and behind the counter is out dated. The workout floor area is usually clean. The bathrooms and sauna areas are always dirty and outdated. The staff is usually nice. And Asha who is one of the associates there, and she is extremely nice. I Can tell shes a hard worker
