- HLHesty LiuJul 26, 20261.0Don’t even bother. Scam. Was told it’s only $9.98 a month but then charged me annual fee ($50+) on my 3rd month of joining. If you have to cancel your membership ($30++), they will charge you another fee for cancellation and you have to go through so many hoops to cancel it, you gotta send a certified mail and tell them why you’re cancelling. Can’t just walk in the door or do it over the phone. What a sketchy business.

Members for atleast 10 years. So clearly was not aware of aging out yet. So she kicked us out of gym instead of giving the notice, and the grace for first time. Terrible customer service after years of loyal membership, and my kids being regular attendees of kids club. I cancelled my membership immediately and she argued with me. Awful experience! Awful customer service!
