If someone has a problem or need some support about exercising , they go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied, happy, and the situation is resolved. I would like to thank the whole staff whose customer focus was exceptional. They showed professionalism, friendly, helpful, and knowledge of the product and empathy. I enjoy going to Y and you will too.

A YMCA membership is a great value that includes many benefits, like:

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We know that you will find great value in your Y membership, however, should you decide to cancel for any reason, you must submit your cancellation request in writing on or before the 20th of the month prior to your next draft date.
Can YMCA members bring guests?
You are welcome to bring a guest with you. Each guest can visit up to two times per year.
I have a YMCA gift card. What can I use it for?
Gift cards are redeemable for programs, merchandise, and membership. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can I use other Ys in the greater St. Louis area?
With a Y membership, you have access to all 24 branches of the Gateway Region YMCA in Missouri and Illinois.
Does the Y offer a military discount?
