I have brought a family member to the Farmington location roughly biweekly for the last year and a half following a serious injury to his foot and ankle in a car accident. Not only has Dr. Staples treated him with outstanding podiatric care, she has treated him with superb bedside manner. She has gotten to know my stepfather well, following up with him on both medical and personal issues that are meaningful to him. She performed major surgery on his foot and ankle only after exhausting all other medical options, doing her best to keep him comfortable and ambulatory. Dr. Staples has been a tremendous ally on his road to recovery, often providing me with moral support as his primary caregiver. Further, I appreciate that she speaks with us plainly, rather than defaulting to medical jargon that no one outside medical training would understand. We appreciate Dr. Staples deeply and can’t recommend her highly enough!

Dr Benje Shea took both my big toe nails off. Wonderful doctor. But… I have taught Medical Assistant School for many years and was not impressed with the way the patient rooms were kept. Cleanliness is atrocious! Dirty floors (especially in the corners), syringe caps on the floor, gauze rolls dropped and never picked up, spilled liquids on the table and stains, thick layer of dust on exam light and lids on equipment containers on table, etc. I taught that after each patient the room should be put back in order and the room cleaned weekly. The room hasn’t been cleaned in months. I will continue to see this doctor cause I really liked her but the assistant needs to either be retrained or an office supervisor to make sure the entire office is clean & professionally presentable after each patient.
