  I've been a member of club for almost 7 years now and I'm also an $80+ a month member. This location and it's workers are awful. The manager Josh is rude, inconsiderate and full of himself. This location left such a bad taste in my mouth that I'll be canceling my membership and moving over to Crunch or Lifetime. If you're going to stay a memeber, stick with other locations. Club on K in O'Fallon is much better and the staff are great. It's also much bigger.

  I have been a fan of the Aescape robotic massage system for a long time and happy to see Club Elite is the place to book these in St Louis. I have booked these kinds of sessions in other cities and even in their Club Elite Maplewood location. I was completely impressed with the staff and felt completely invited into their gym the moment I walked in. I also enjoyed the outstanding clean atmosphere. You can see it’s been updated and remodeled. I found the Aescape space a little smaller than the Maplewood location which had a much more spacious setup. I also didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t lower the lighting before my massage. And because of the lower walls and proximity to front door I heard almost every conversation during my session. Now I was able to raise the music up to the highest setting and it seemed to help but why not place a roof over this space to make it feel a little more quiet? I can’t complain about the massage it was amazing. It’s exactly what I wanted and needed for recovery. I also liked the staff on the way out as they were again super kind and welcoming.

  Having an ai powered massage machine but not complementary towels is kinda cringe, great gym tho for the price

  Terrible service white dude probabilistic in his early 20’s came in at 9:30 and won’t let me in started cussing at me I’m a minor an kept arguing with me when all I wanted to was ask a question

  Lost my bar code key tab for gym entry and was told I need to download the app or pay $15 for a new 5 cent piece of plastic. I do not carry my phone into the gym as I choose to disconnect from my work phone for a few hours while I work out. Further, not everyone wants to download multiple apps on their phone, especially if issued/paid for by their company. Now Club Elite lost a $45/month paying customer over a $15 key tab charge. Joined Crunch and I am saving $30 per month.
