  Gym "sauna" is not really a sauna, just dry heat. Management threatens to end your membership if you pour water on the rocks, which are intended to create steam by having water poured on them. Not sure why they don't just offer an actual sauna. Very disappointed

  I absolutely love this place! It offers so many options for both training and recovery that it honestly leaves you with no excuses. The facility has plenty of rooms, equipment, and spaces to support all kinds of workouts, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I typically go between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m., and it's never been overly crowded. The membership prices are very reasonable considering everything that's included. If you're looking for a gym with great amenities, a positive atmosphere, and excellent value, I highly recommend it!

  I've been a member of club for almost 7 years now and I'm also an $80+ a month member. This location and it's workers are awful. The manager Josh is rude, inconsiderate and full of himself. This location left such a bad taste in my mouth that I'll be canceling my membership and moving over to Crunch or Lifetime. If you're going to stay a memeber, stick with other locations. Club on K in O'Fallon is much better and the staff are great. It's also much bigger.

  I went here before the pandemic when it was Gold's Gym. The Gold's ownership did not really keep the place in the best shape, but Club Fitness buying it was the best thing that could have happened to this gym. They renovated the entire gym, filled in the old pool and then created another large space for workout equipment. There is plenty of free weights, cardio equipment, classes, and other really nice amenities that most gyms don't have or don't offer for this price. I was bummed when Gold's closed during the pandemic, but it was a blessing in disguise.
