I typically hate workout classes of any type, especially when it's a brand new concept. Kate Hannon was the instructor for my class and made the whole experience very welcoming!! She continually helped me perfect each move throughout the class and gave pointers on how to modify them if I was feeling strained. I definitely recommend this workout for anyone who's looking for something new in their routine!
