I had a very frustrating experience at this location that is still unresolved.
Over the course of two months, I experienced multiple issues with my glasses, including delays, incorrect lenses, and lack of communication. I had to make several visits between locations and repeatedly follow up myself, as I was not contacted with updates.
When I raised concerns, I felt dismissed and spoken to in a condescending manner rather than being supported as a customer. I also had to request a re-exam, which later confirmed that my original prescription was incorrect and that the progressive lenses I was sold were not appropriate.
Despite being a Pearle Vision customer for over 10 years, I have never experienced this level of unprofessional service.
Despite this, I have been denied a refund for the progressive lenses, and I was told a manager would follow up with me but I have not received any communication.
As of now, I have paid for glasses that I still do not properly have, and the issue remains unresolved. I hope management takes this seriously and works toward a fair resolution.

Given that this has been ongoing for over two months—with confirmed errors in my prescription, multiple delays, and no follow-up as promised—I would appreciate a timely and substantive response rather than another redirection.
I will email as requested, but I expect this matter to be addressed promptly.
I've been a customer of theirs for a long time and have always been happy with the service they provide, this recent visit was no different. I made an appointment with Angel and it all went great. She is highly professional, credible and will always offer the best pricing available. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for vision care.

I have never been given such outstanding customer service from an eyewear office! Angel Smith was the person I was directed to speak with and she truly exemplifies excellent customer service! She really takes her time and makes sure the customer is choosing glasses that fit well and are complimentary to your
face.
I had a wonderful experience at this Pearle Vision location! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and provided great customer service. The doctor was patient, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend coming here!
