It is challenging to get scheduled at the creve coeur location but she does a great job once you do get an appt.

I was having problems with my aids and the office in Creve Coure was able to get me in the next day and fix the problem. Very nice office with a licensed audiologist that know how to fix hearing aids.

Ive had my hearing aids approximately 4 to 5 months and right now there’s no receptionist and I have a problem getting through and problems with my hearing aids. I would say the customer service is poor. Also, it was never explained to me how to maintain them in the meantime

Amy and Joy are really helpful. They make me feel very comfortable when I need to see them.
