    Hello Everyone! I had gone to the Miracle Ear location, here in Columbia, to investigate whether I had lost a good amount of my hearing (I thought possibly up to 80%) due to a prior health issue. I was greeted by Kim Chambers & her Assistant and they made me feel VERY welcome! They were expecting another client, when I dropped by, but Kim took the initiative to simply look into my ear canal & she found it was completely plugged with ear wax! She cleaned it all out & now, I can HEAR again! I can't thank Kim, enough, for what she did for me & this is a GREAT place to have your hearing tested (for Free!) & to buy your hearing aids! Thanks again, Kim, so much & I promise I'll write a NEW Song called = "Miracle Ear" very soon! Very Best, Russ

    What a wonderful surprise. Our hearing specialist, Erika, was a delight. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything so well, while making it so enjoyable. Who would have guessed a hearing test would be so entertaining?We didn't really plan on purchasing hearing aids today, but with her careful adjustments to my husband's unique challenges, we were shocked at the dramatic improvement in his hearing and bought a pair. He is so happy with the product. Thank you Erika.

    I recently took my 90 year old Mom to get new hearing aids at the Columbia Mo, Business Loop location. We had the honor of having Erika Weaver as our specialist. She was incredible! All 3 of us were laughing alot, making the whole experience great. My Mom absolutely loves being able to hear. Her words, "I just want to celebrate every day now that I can hear again". The whole staff was so sweet and helpful. They even come out to the car to help my Mom. Thank you so much!!

    Brittney was genuinely so accommodating and nice. Her care plan for me was amazing. My problems were solved nearly instantaneously and I couldn’t have asked for a better audiologist. Shoutout to Kim and sherry for being great and helping me out as well.
