- AJAbshir Jama5 days ago5.0Chris provided an excellent customer service and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process of getting new glasses. Thank you Chris!
- GKGlenna Kilfoil5 days ago4.0I got conflicting stories about what I needed to pay from two different employees. One said my insurance would cover and if I did that they could give me a free inexpensive second pair. That did not happen. I don’t remember ever paying sales tax, I would think that would be included in my insurance up to the limit. I was way below my limit. Three years ago I was able to get two pair for $100 with the same insurance plan. The employees were pleasant, and the service was quick.
- MSMJ StewartJul 19, 20265.0Went into the Columbia location with my boyfriend’s broken glasses. The woman that assisted me was very attentive and took care of the glasses repairs immediately. I would definitely do business with them again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
- SCSami CondeApr 22, 20265.0Phoenix was incredibly kind and helpful with assisting me with picking out new frames and providing me with a great price. I was impressed by how quickly the turnaround is with receiving a new pair of glasses and lens, i.e, one hour or less. The customer support is amazing and I can see why the business has such high ratings. I highly recommend this business if you're looking for affordable glasses with great customer service and support.
