  Chose this location because I had no copay with my insurance. Provider chose to run a test that was $40 out of pocket without my consent. They were also unable to provide pricing on the glasses I picked out and never followed up with that information. Won't be back.

  The real person who helped me at my appointment was nice. The ads on the telehealth screen were invasive and unwelcome. The telehealth technician took more time to connect to the eye test robot than doing my actual test, which felt rushed and careless. The telehealth doctor said ridiculous things about my old glasses hurting my eyes or that I shouldn't expect my vision to be fully corrected. And the prescription I got ended up hurting my eyes and making my vision blurry. Fraudulent and malpractice. I want my money back

  Staff was engaging and knowledgeable. My first experience with a tele-doctor and I was impressed by how thorough yet easy it was. I’d highly recommend these folks.

  The sweet older man eye doctors seems to no longer work there. They now require everyone get a retinal exam annually to write a prescription for glasses (which is usually not covered by insurance). If you have no risk factors to qualify for this (diabetes, high blood pressure, over 60, symptoms) I would recommend booking somewhere that complies with evidence-based practice of every 2 years rather than requiring you to pay for a scan that you don’t need. I wasn’t going to give them a review on google because it felt petty but then they sent me a text telling me to so I did.

  Was not expecting virtual visit. They also insisted on doing tests I didn't need due to seeing a specialist for those things. Stated doctor had to have tests to treat me . Staff was friendly and professional though.
