The telehealth technician took more time to connect to the eye test robot than doing my actual test, which felt rushed and careless. The telehealth doctor said ridiculous things about my old glasses hurting my eyes or that I shouldn't expect my vision to be fully corrected. And the prescription I got ended up hurting my eyes and making my vision blurry. Fraudulent and malpractice. I want my money back
