I had an amazing experience at Target Optical at Town and Country! Tara, the manager, was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure I understood all my options. Tara went above and beyond to make the entire experience easy and comfortable. The customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated Tara’s professionalism and attention to detail. She made me feel valued as a customer and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Target Optical at Town and Country, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Tara. She made my experience exceptional, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Loved the doctor and staff. Felt like the doctor took her time in testing and learning about my eyes. The front desk (Tara) was great in helping me pick out glasses. They had options for all styles of glasses needed. Also worked out the best price on contacts for me. Wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell. But did a great job at explaining the pros and cons to having the insurance. Will be back for sure!

Very poor experience. When I went there, I clearly told them I needed one pair of glasses for working on my computer all day and a pair of bifocals for me to use while driving. I needed the upper part for distance and the bottom part for the instrument panel and dash. The young man working the counter was so obsessed with selling me a pair of glasses, he didn't bother measuring my pupil distance. Eventually he stopped when I showed him that my desired glasses were only on the website. As for the prescription, the near RX is good for about 12 inches from my face but doesn't work for my instrument cluster or my computer at work. Fortunately, I spent $75 for a pair of glasses at Walmart for my office work so I could save my insurance benefit for the bifocals. That's how I know this prescription is wrong. It's a waste of money but at least I saved my insurance benefit for the bifocals. Target Optical, you owe me another office visit, with someone who is competent. My next step is to complain to the MO state board of Optometry.
