  Nik at your store in Chesterfield Missouri sold both my wife (who is blind) and myself a pair of the Meta glasses. She was most helpful and friendly. I would give her a GOLD STAR for actions above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family. Thank you so much Nik

  Nik is amazing! I sat on my 10-year-old Clubmasters and they crumpled like a dead leaf. I called here and she told me what Clubmaster styles they had and that my lenses would be able to be transferred to a new Clubmaster frame. I was in and out with an arguably more stylish set of prescription Clubmasters in less than 30 minutes!

  I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! Nik and Ethyn were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The store is open, clean, sleek, and has such an easy, relaxed vibe — I loved it the minute I walked in. They both took their time with me, answered my questions, and made the whole experience feel comfortable instead of rushed. They even gave me a demo of the new glasses that you can listen through, which was so cool! I came back today to pick up my glasses, and nothing had changed — same great atmosphere, same friendly people, and the same amazing service. Nik and Ethyn, thank you for making something as simple as getting new glasses such a fun and enjoyable experience. I definitely feel like I made a couple of new friends along the way! 😊 Highly recommend!

  The manager nik and the rest of the crew did an amazing job remaking glasses after mid rivers location completley botched every step of the process from the exam to the frame fitting. The chesterfield team re examined and refit me with frames and the finished product was perfect . The level of proffesionalism at chesterfield is incredible and they all deserve pay raises they are a team of rockstars and that kind of service is hard to find in todays world. ...as for mid rivers...mid rivers is horrible and anyone needing glasses should do biz at chesterfield instead if you want things done right.
