THE ACTIVITY CALENDAR IS FREQUENTLY INCORRECT AND/OR NOT UPDATED! The result is countless people wasting time and GAS driving to participate in activities only to find out they are canceled. The result is a dwindling and frustrated loyal customer base, loss of revenue and growing reputation of incompetence that has people going to other facilities for their recreation with growing feedback to the STL Regional Office to correct. The equipment for popular activities purchased is not durable resulting in a constant state of repair by participants that actually results in wasted money to repurchase substandard equipment that went to COMBINED MEN & WOMENS LOCKER ROOMS ! Perhaps a trip to Maryland Heights Recreational Facility to see and understand how a quality recreation Center is organized and run by competent individuals WITH POLICE SECURITY! that prioritize recreational activities to maximize the use of facilities with a PERMANENET schedule posted online AND ON WALLS based on customer demand vs the SURPRISE activity of the day THAT RESULTS IN BEING TOLD TO LEAVE ON A MOMENTS NOTICE IN THE MIDDLE OF AN ACTIVITY THAT WAS ON THE SCHEDULE!!!

I have a YMCA gift card. What can I use it for?
Gift cards are redeemable for programs, merchandise, and membership. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
