- KKKatherine (Katie)5 days ago2.0I get it’s a family gym. But do the children always have to be blocking the hallways completely, screaming and cutting you off when you walk? The whole hallway looking at the pool is packed with children so if you want to watch your child swim or just sit there good luck. It’s like a children’s cafeteria. Maybe try and have a little control over them or put them somewhere they are not putting off every other person who goes to this gym and pays to have a little peace.
- JLJoseph Lager5 days ago2.0I think the ymca is run poorly the treadmill they removed was never replaced the arm machine pads are torn and never replaced the mens bathroom toilet is broke for some time, The outside looks terrible weeds all over trees and bushes not trimmed they spend all that money and now nobody looks after the place WHY

The machine room showcases with a large set of windows the parking lot/cars and expensive homes overlooking the lake beyond the building. Not an inspiring view at all. Might have let us star at TVs instead. Not enough variety/amount of the exercise bikes for cardio. New studio upstairs has fun house mirrors, maybe to save money. Not useful for mind-body work like Tai chi which keeps getting shuffled around and relegated to undesirable spaces. Cuts to Tai Chi programming are a disappointment. Feels like renovations are for the rich people who moved in next door and not for all ages, as the website proclaims.
