  I had a great experience. I did not have an appointment. I did a walk-in to get some medical glasses. Lavenia was very patient very helpful with me and it was just a overall pleasant experience. Even though it was pretty busy, she was very attentive to my needs and my questions.

  Great experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’ve never been to an Optical store before and the staff made it easy to find the right pair of glasses and answered all of my questions. They made the whole process simple and stress-free. I highly recommend this location!

  Great customer service from all the staff! I have ordered prescription and Plano glasses from this store numerous of times now and have always been very pleased with the service. Plus, there is always a very quick turnaround on my glasses being delivered! Highly recommend coming to this Target Optical for your optical needs!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Target Optical. I had my contact lens exam in June. The doctor wasn’t even in the office—the appointment was conducted over Zoom. After the exam, it took three weeks for my trial contact lenses to arrive. Unfortunately, the first set of trial lenses didn’t work, so I scheduled a follow-up appointment in July. Again, the doctor met with me over Zoom and prescribed two different trial lenses to try. I was told they weren’t in stock and would need to be ordered. Three weeks later, I received a text saying my trial lenses were ready for pickup. I went in the next day, which is now August 4. The employee couldn’t find my contacts and had to ask someone else for help. A few minutes later, she found one set in a drawer, apologized, and handed them to me. When I asked about the second set, I was told they still hadn’t arrived. This entire process has taken nearly two months, and I still don’t have everything I need to determine my correct prescription. I can’t order my contacts until I’ve tried the trial lenses, so these repeated delays have been incredibly frustrating. The staff members have all been friendly and courteous, and I appreciate their kindness. However, the turnaround time for trial contact lenses is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not return to Target Optical for any optical care, and I would not recommend it to others.
