Lockers need to be cleaned out regularly as well as the bathroom toilets. Glad there are number-lock lockers. Small set of work out machines but most of the basics though knee ones are painful compared to ones in other gyms. Water bottle refills in good locations. Plants out front are invasive species and doesn't seem maintained.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience seeking assistance through the YMCA. Throughout this process, I have been given the runaround by multiple staff members, including Caleb and Martez Adams. Whenever I ask questions or need help, I am repeatedly transferred to different people, told to call someone else, or instructed to call back later. Unfortunately, no one seems able or willing to provide clear answers or resolve the issues I am facing. Instead of receiving assistance, I have spent my time being bounced from person to person with no resolution. Communication has been poor, and the lack of accountability has made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. I expected better support and guidance from an organization that is supposed to help people in need. Based on my experience, the process has been disorganized, unhelpful, and unnecessarily difficult.

I am very displeased & quite honestly... I'm pissed at the continuous lack of communication, organization, & efficiency of this facility--specifically the athletic director Colton. For several weeks now, I've tried reaching out to him per staff, to get my child into T-Ball for the summer. I've respectfully emailed/left voicemails for Colton (as I was told to by staff) & I continue to be ignored. My son has participated in several sports sessions most recently, & when I attempted to get him registered online for T-Ball, I was not able to. I also called to get him registered And was told by the staff over the phone that registration for T-ball had closed, but there were still several spots left open and available to get my child signed up. I was told to reach out to Colton, and have still yet to receive a response. I have also called up to the Y, to see how else this can be handled as the session is starting or has started, And the staff are clueless as to what to do. This is a nonprofit organization that specifically offers several sports sessions seasonally & is largely known for their sports programs. Not only is it unprofessional, but it is also extremely rude not to communicate or respond at all, even if it is to say that I can no longer get him registered.

I hate strength training but the body pump class was a great workout! Instructor kept me engaged and the 55 minute class wasn't too long and unbeatable.
