- PQPeter QuinnJul 3, 20262.0Lockers need to be cleaned out regularly as well as the bathroom toilets because they are dirty day after day. Globs of dust flutter on the fans in the machine room a few feet from the bikes, as if no-one ever has time to take off the front part and clean them to prevent respiratory problems. Glad there are number-lock lockers. Small set of work out machines but most of the basics though knee ones are painful compared to ones in other gyms. Water bottle refills in good locations. Plants out front are invasive species and doesn't seem maintained.

Throughout this process, I have been given the runaround by multiple staff members, including Caleb and Martez Adams. Whenever I ask questions or need help, I am repeatedly transferred to different people, told to call someone else, or instructed to call back later. Unfortunately, no one seems able or willing to provide clear answers or resolve the issues I am facing. Instead of receiving assistance, I have spent my time being bounced from person to person with no resolution. Communication has been poor, and the lack of accountability has made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. I expected better support and guidance from an organization that is supposed to help people in need. Based on my experience, the process has been disorganized, unhelpful, and unnecessarily difficult.
