CMH Behavioral Health Transitional Clinic bridges the gap for behavioral health patients that have to wait to get into their primary behavioral health provider. The clinic is available for patients 6 years and older to provide counseling and/or medication management. A referral by a medical provider is needed to schedule an appointment. Tara Billingslea, PMHNP-BC, a mental health nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of mental health experience in various outpatient and inpatient psychiatry settings, leads the clinic.
