  I saw Dr. Oldani at the Arnold office. He made me feel at ease for my surgery. He takes his time and answered all my questions. All went as planned, no surprises, thankfully. The staff at the Arnold office is friendly and helpful. My only note to them would be to make the front door of their location to be easier to get through, maybe with an automatic open/close HC button, a lower threshold for the door, and by marking the space outside the door in the parking lot so there is a path to get to the door without cars parked there. Difficult to get in and out on a knee scooter or, as I witnessed some older folks using a walker. But overall a great experience and I definitely recommend Dr. Oldani!

  I have no problem with the doctors. I do have a problem with the supervisor and the billing department. Went in for visit was told had to pay up front because I did not have a referral so I paid and then they submitted it to my insurance and they also paid. I have been trying to get my refund since February. I get no response from the supervisor or the billing department. Very poor management.

  This was my first visit to a pediatrist. Everything was great! All the people there are efficient, friendly, and very professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

  Excellent from start to end, quick appointment, very short wait at office. Extremely nice, friendly, caring Dr. staff was very nice also . Great Dr. will use again if needed. Spotless & clean
