- CPCAROL PALMERMay 7, 20265.0Miracle Ear excels in their maintenance program. From accommodating my 97 year old mother’s slow moving resulting in always running late to her appointments to addressing all aspects of the hearing aid such as mother having problems with the hearing aid seating in her ear. Sarah added a tail to the device that seated in the indentation of the outer ear minimizing loss of the aid which had been an ongoing problem with previous hearing aides from other providers. Even removes the wax which in the past we were told to go to our doctor who either said they didn’t see wax or flushed with a bulb syringe and got no wax out. The inclusive maintenance visits with the purchase of their hearing aides insures success in wearing the devices and remaining in the hearing world. When I need one Miracle Ear in Arnold is where I’m going!
