With mobility, it's use it or lose it. I'm so glad I looked into their program. I'm working with Melissa, an she been so great to work with. She knows her stuff! She's helped me find those muscles that don't get worked all the time. I feel a bit tender the next morning, but I know I'm making progress. Thanks for the great service!
- JBJason BjorkDec 20, 20205.0I've been struggling with shoulder and hip issues for a while and assumed it was just a part of getting older. I've stretched using their methods before, but always on my own. Having someone take you through the stretches is different and way more effective. I now have the mobility I need to do overhead shoulder presses pain free. I've regained mobility in my hips to do Cossack squats, also pain free. I feel like I've erased 10 years off of my movement patterns. I truly enjoy and respect the method and staff there. Jason is great! If you're having mobility issues, maybe whether you realize you have mobility issues or not, I'd highly recommend giving StretchLab a try.
