  I rarely write reviews but this Pearle vision in Woodbury was an awful experience. My daughter was treated like she was an inconvenience. She went to the "check-in" counter to check in and they wouldn't check her in and dismissed her off to the side. I entered after parking our vehicle (about 3 minutes later) and the "check-in" employee was rude and condescending to me. She wasn't on the phone or with another customer. She didn't know that my daughter and I were together.... which makes it worse. I didn't find out the employee treated my daughter the same rude way that the employee treated me until we were seated together waiting for that employee to return. The eye doctor was professional and made the appointment more palatable. The worst part of all of it is.... I could clearly hear that employee gossip and openly complain to the other employee about me or someone else she didn't like...While we (other customers) were waiting in their waiting area. It was so disheartening.

  I love pearl vision in woodbury. They care about your eyes, everyone their is so nice, treated with respect.

  I have called twice now with questions and have been told someone will get back to me and nothing and we are going on the second week now very unhappy will take my business elsewhere

  The prices of the glasses they sell are completely arbitrary. I asked them what price I paid last time, they didn't tell me, but suddenly my glasses went from $666 to $483 and they tried to make me think $483 for glasses is a good price. Still exponentially more than what I paid last year.
