  I felt well taken care of. Everyone was very professional and kinda. And I even had A very nice and patient lady help me decide which glasses looked best on me. I can be very indecisive sometimes. She was very helpful. But definitely recommend this location. 😊

  Great care, customer service, and huge selection of frames to choose from at the Pearle Vision in Woodbury, MN. Because of these reasons, we prefer to travel a little farther to this location even though there is a Pearle Vision closer to us.

  Good experience for sure. Areas that could be improved were as followed: The front desk kept asking me for my red white and blue medicare card for my exam. That is not my insurance card and I provided my advantage plan card to them which was the proper card. Two different girls on two different days seemed adamant that they needed my medicare card. ( no they do not) the card I provided was sufficient. Also I had an appt at 2:00 for contact lens class and I didnt get set up with an associate until almost 2:45. I shouldve been done by then but instead I was just beginning. The doctor I saw was fantastic. The team leader on the floor was very nice and had good control of the staff and the flow of the over all floor and customers. Overall I had a fantastic experience. Even waiting for my appointment wasnt a big deal and I told them that because I just looked at glasses. The staff was really friendly! They always greet people as soon as they enter the store. Just a really great bunch of people at the woodbury store. They seem happy.

  Waste of time going here as they claim to not "know" what youre insurance covers until you get there, but you sure can book the appt and waste your time showing up, but you can always pay out of pocket and then battle youre insurance company to get reimbursed from them, as if that is some sort of easy process, go to Costco or Americas Best where at least they know what you are covered for!
