Everyone here is so supportive! They always coach on how to have correct form, offer cues to help you “feel” what it is the right way, and cheer you on. The extra modalities are wonderful. I have a Dexa coming up this fall and am hoping for even better results than the one I had done shortly after first joining! I had my doctor asking what I’ve been doing to improve so much! Highly recommend!

Great way to not only increase your bone density but strengthen muscles!! Much easier for me to carry my Grandson who is getting heavier everyday! The trainers at the Woodbury gym are also great to work with! They push you when you need inspiration! Thanks Osteo Strong!!

I had always heard good things about OsteoStrong and i decided to give it a try. I had some knee pain that seemed to go away in the first month of attending sessions. After a year, I feel stronger and no more joint pain. They started to offer X3 for strength training and I am excited to be trying that out. Each OsteoStrong session can be completed in 30 mins or less. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and trainers. I am glad I joined and feel so much better.
